Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
A signed DPA is required for EU brands using Wearo, in compliance with GDPR Article 28.Get the DPA

- Subject matter and duration of processing
- Nature and purpose of processing
- Type of personal data and categories of data subjects
- Sub-processors list (including AI provider)
- Technical and organizational security measures
- Data subject rights procedures
- Cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs)
After signing
Once the DPA is signed:- Send a copy to support@wearo.io
- Include Wearo as a data processor in your Privacy Policy
