Result image URLs

resultUrl values in API responses point to images stored for 30 days. After 30 days, the URL returns a 404. If you need longer retention, download and store the image yourself.

Deletion requests

To delete all data for a specific shopper session, contact support@wearo.io with the tryOnId. We process deletion requests within 72 hours.
