# DPA template

> Data Processing Agreement template for EU brands using Wearo.

# Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A signed DPA is required for EU brands using Wearo, in compliance with GDPR Article 28.

## Get the DPA

Email [support@wearo.io](mailto:support@wearo.io) to request the DPA. We'll send a pre-filled document
within one business day.

## What the DPA covers

* Subject matter and duration of processing
* Nature and purpose of processing
* Type of personal data and categories of data subjects
* Sub-processors list (including AI provider)
* Technical and organizational security measures
* Data subject rights procedures
* Cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs)

## After signing

Once the DPA is signed:

1. Send a copy to [support@wearo.io](mailto:support@wearo.io)
2. Include Wearo as a data processor in your Privacy Policy
